Making Your Laptop More Ergonomic at Home

Many of us laptop owners find that a notebook computer is a perfect way to get work done at the cafe or even on the couch while playing with the kids or watching the game. Unfortunately, all of their flaws become apparent the minute you start working at your desk in your home office. The screen is too small and dim. The track pad is hard to use compared to a mouse. The undersized keyboard is hard to use. It may not have a DVD burner built in. Luckily, these are all ergonomic issues that can be easily solved without buying a completely new second machine for your home. One good idea is to buy a full size keyboard and connect it to your laptop with either a USB cable or wirelessly with bluetooth networking connectivity. You can also buy an external mouse that uses bluetooth or USB to interface with your computer.
