Some people do not realize it,but many homeowners are living in a property on which there is a lot of equity. There is not much point living in a property that you have owned for some time and as such have a considerable amount of equity on and depriving yourself of things in life that you would really enjoy. There are so many nice things to buy, interesting things to do and beautiful places to visit that you have not enough ready cash available for.
