Cloud Host Tier 3 Names Tech Veteran Matthew Schiltz CEO and President

January 30, 2013 -- Cloud management platform provider Tier 3 announced on Wednesday that it has named Matthew J. Schiltz president and CEO. Schiltz will join the executive team anchored by founder Jared Wray, who will continue to drive product and technology leadership as CTO and chief architect of the Tier 3 cloud.
