April 27, 2012 -- Federal authorities seized 36 domains used to sell compromised card data on Thursday. In a press release, the UK's Serious Organised Crime Agency says it worked with the FBI and US Department of Justice to take down the sites that sold stolen payment card and online bank account details.

April 26, 2012 -- UK web hosting provider UK2.NET was hit by a major DDoS attack on Wednesday night, a report by The Register says. Managing director at UK2.NET Martin Baker told The Register on Thursday that it had never seen a DDoS attack of this scale on its network.
